Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the RJJ World Fan Score website and related services, operated by RJJ World ("RJJ World", "we", "us" or "our").
By accessing or using RJJ World Fan Score, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
1. About RJJ World Fan Score
RJJ World Fan Score is an interactive boxing fan-scoring platform. It allows users to score rounds of boxing matches, view aggregated fan scores, create a fan profile, save scorecards, review previous fights and participate in other interactive features that may be introduced from time to time.
Important: Fan scores represent the opinions of participating users. They are not official judges' scores and do not determine the official result of any boxing match.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the service in your country or territory.
Where a promotion, competition, prize draw or other restricted feature has additional eligibility requirements, those requirements will be stated separately in the applicable official rules.
3. Accounts
You may be able to use certain features as a guest. Other features may require you to create or access an RJJ World Fan Score account.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.
We may provide account access through email verification, TikTok login or other approved authentication methods.
You must not impersonate another person, access another person's account without permission, create accounts for fraudulent purposes or attempt to interfere with the integrity of the service.
4. TikTok Login
Where available, users may choose to sign in using their TikTok account.
TikTok authentication is provided through TikTok's services and is subject to TikTok's own terms and policies. RJJ World is not responsible for the availability or operation of TikTok's services.
Connecting a TikTok account does not give RJJ World permission to publish content to your TikTok account unless you separately and expressly authorise such functionality.
5. Fan Scoring
Users may submit scores for eligible rounds while scoring is available.
RJJ World may establish reasonable rules governing when rounds open or close for scoring, whether submitted scores can be changed and how aggregated fan results are calculated.
We may exclude scores where we reasonably believe they result from automated activity, manipulation, abuse, duplicate accounts, technical exploitation or other activity intended to distort the fan score.
Fan Score results are provided for entertainment, engagement and informational purposes only.
6. No Betting or Gambling Service
RJJ World Fan Score is not a sportsbook, bookmaker or gambling service.
Fan scores, predictions, statistics or other information displayed through the service should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes or betting advice.
7. Promotions and Featured Fans
From time to time, RJJ World may offer promotions, competitions, giveaways or featured-fan opportunities.
Participation may require separate consent and may be governed by additional official rules, eligibility requirements, geographic restrictions and closing dates.
Creating an account, scoring a fight or consenting to marketing does not automatically guarantee entry into or selection for any promotion unless the applicable promotion rules expressly state otherwise.
Where a winner or featured fan is selected randomly, the applicable rules will explain the eligible pool and selection process.
8. Marketing Consent
Marketing communications are optional.
Where you separately consent to receive marketing, RJJ World may send you information about boxing events, RJJ World news, products, services, promotions and related opportunities.
You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe method provided in the relevant communication.
Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent you from using the core Fan Score service.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not use RJJ World Fan Score to:
- Commit fraud or engage in unlawful activity.
- Submit automated, fraudulent or deliberately manipulated scores.
- Attempt to bypass security controls or rate limits.
- Interfere with the operation or availability of the service.
- Introduce malicious software or harmful code.
- Scrape or systematically extract information from the service without permission.
- Impersonate another person or access another person's account without permission.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or the security, integrity or operation of the service is threatened.
10. Intellectual Property
The RJJ World Fan Score platform, branding, graphics, software, databases, designs and original content are owned by or licensed to RJJ World and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of RJJ World intellectual property to you.
Third-party names, trademarks, logos and content remain the property of their respective owners.
11. User Submissions
When you submit a fan score or other permitted content, you grant RJJ World the right to process, aggregate, display and use that submission as reasonably necessary to operate, analyse and promote the Fan Score service.
Aggregated fan scoring data may be displayed during broadcasts, livestreams, websites, social media content and other RJJ World media.
Where we wish to use personally identifiable user content for purposes beyond those reasonably expected from the service, we will obtain any consent required by applicable law.
12. Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, particularly during live events, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Live broadcasts and high traffic can result in delays, connectivity issues, third-party outages or other technical problems.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the RJJ World Fan Score Privacy Policy.
This may include information required to create an account, authenticate users, operate scoring, prevent abuse, maintain security and administer promotions where applicable.
14. Disclaimer and Liability
RJJ World Fan Score is provided on an "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RJJ World is not responsible for losses caused solely by temporary service interruptions, third-party platform failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the service, legal requirements or functionality changes.
The latest version will be published on the RJJ World Fan Score website with an updated effective date. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
16. Governing Law
The governing law and jurisdiction applicable to these Terms may depend on the RJJ World entity operating the service and the mandatory consumer protections applicable to individual users.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory legal rights available to users in their country of residence.
